Tiêu đề mô tả công việc:  The purpose of the Cash Application specialist is to process the bank statements. You will post all the items from the bank statement on different GLs and you will match the incoming payments with customer invoices.You will also reconcile the bank related GL, customer payment allocation on request and you will follow the clean desk policy, working closely with Accounts Receivable collection team.
Mô tả công việc:  Bank statement processing:•Checking if all the bank statements are uploaded properly in SAP•Downloading the bank statements needed to be processed manually•Matching the incoming payment items with the customer invoices•Posting the relevant items from the bank statements on different GLs or vendor account•Posting the items form the manually processed bank statements•Perform bank statement reconciliations daily, monthlyPerform incoming payment reconciliation on the customer account upon requestPerform GL reconciliations daily, monthlyResolving internal and external inquiries related to bookings & answering operational questions (e-mail)Ensuring ICF compliance of payment allocation process and timely execution of controlsEnsuring Audit compliance of payment allocation processProviding documentation related to payment allocation for audit control purposeContribution to autobank optimization and automation processPerform ad-hoc and regular reporting activitiesTake part in GBS EMEA project activities
