The purpose of the Process Specialist position is to support operations in analytics and lead the implementation opportunities/agenda, related to scope sweeps, transitions, as well as possible enhancement projects including testing and UAT’s. 
The Process Specialist promotes process optimization and best practice sharing for bracing value creation for external/internal stakeholders. She/he supports by leading the implementation of new processes and systems in accordance with functional plans and agenda. Ensures process integrity by maintaining an oversight on changes and also by linking up with global BPO framework.

Stellenbeschreibung: 

What we ask:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Accounting, Business Administration or a related field
  • Certification in project management methodologies (eg. yellow/green belt certificate)
  • At least 3-5 years of relevant (AR-related) E2E process experience, preferably in multinational/shared services environment 
  • Prior experience in CI/Lean methodology
  • Project Management skills
  • Training delivery experience is considered as an advantage
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication/engagement skills
  • Advanced English knowledge (written and spoken)
  • Advanced Excel and SAP knowledge
  • Celonis/PowerBI or other process mining tool knowledge is an advantage
  • Analytical mindset, but also critical and ready to challenge the status quo
  • Excellent coordination, planning and prioritization skills
  • Strong presentation skills

Vacancy description:

  • Owns and drives the improvement agenda (plan) of implementation opportunities, related to scope sweeps/extensions, transitions, as well as possible enhancement projects including testing and UAT’s
  • Responsible for aligning, retrieving necessary approvals, booking meetings and follow up’s, escalation, sends status updates, owns documentation, completes check lists etc.
  • Supports operations in reporting and analytics (incl. execution) to support E2E processes/performance (e.g. HFM vs current AR scope)
  • Facilitates the delivery of the process improvement plan, either by leading initiatives directly and/or supporting others to deliver according to the improvement plan
  • Supports the continuous improvement (CI/LEAN) initiatives and acts as first reviewer of ideas to ensure projects are according to functional plans, and strategy
  • Supports the project management team when required
  • Shares best practice findings amongst operational teams, identifies process deviations and ensures those are eliminated across all OpCo’s in EMEA
  • Participates in improvement projects, and leads smaller initiatives identified by the function
  • Supports solutions re automation related challenges, and ensures that requirements are assessed and coherently combined with improvements
  • Ensures EMEA processes are in line with Global Process framework (incl. service catalogue etc.)
  • Ensures compliance with Internal Control Framework (ICF), assists with internal/external audit requests as required
  • Supports the EMEA and KL team as first line of contact in case of any project related questions/issues
  • Strongly cooperated with other process specialist, management members and team leaders
