Alaska Milk Corporation is looking for a dynamic and driven Brand Manager to lead the strategic and operational management of our Creams Business, while also supporting the Senior Brand Manager in driving growth for Alaska Classic & Creams. This role plays a critical part in shaping brand strategy, accelerating consumer engagement, and delivering strong market performance in partnership with cross-functional teams.

In this role, you will own the end-to-end brand strategy—from planning and innovation to execution and performance tracking—while working closely with cross-functional teams and agency partners.
What you’ll do:
Drive Brand Strategy & Growth
- Develop and implement annual brand plans, marketing calendars, and key initiatives
- Translate consumer insights into impactful strategies that grow market share and brand equity
Lead Innovation & Renovation
- Manage new product development projects from concept to launch
- Ensure successful execution of innovations aligned with consumer needs and business objectives
Manage Budgets & Performance
- Oversee A&P budgets, ensuring optimal allocation and strong ROI
- Monitor brand performance, market trends, and competitive landscape
Build Insight-Driven Campaigns
- Work with creative, media, and research agencies to deliver compelling campaigns
- Champion strong, consistent brand messaging across all touchpoints
Collaborate Across Teams
- Partner with Sales, R&D, Supply Chain, and Finance to deliver business targets
- Ensure seamless execution of initiatives across functions
Drive Insights & Continuous Improvement
- Analyze campaign and business performance data
- Deliver actionable insights and recommend improvements for future initiatives
What We Ask
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- At least 5 years of brand management experience in FMCG or similar industries
- Strong strategic thinking, project management, and analytical skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, and results-driven environment
