Are you passionate about building brands that connect deeply with consumers? We’re looking for a strategic, results-driven Brand Manager to take charge of one of our core brands - Yomost. In this role, you’ll shape brand strategy, spearhead marketing initiatives, and lead execution to deliver strong commercial results. You’ll collaborate across functions to drive brand plans and business objectives, blending creativity with sharp commercial acumen.
1. Strategy and Planning
• Own and lead the overall brand strategy, positioning, and growth plan for the assigned brand.
• Develop annual marketing and brand plans aligned with brand building objectives and commercial objectives.
2. Brand Management
• Lead the brand’s new product development and collaborate with internal functions, external agencies to initiate and implement the launching campaign.
• Lead the execution of marketing campaigns, manage brand identity, messaging, and consistency across all consumer touchpoints.
• Drive a social-first mindset, ensuring brand activities are relevant and engaging across digital platforms.
• Collaborate with functions in annual brand activation plans, including in-store communication, shopper promotions, and trial activations.
• Manage brand budgets and ensure efficient allocation of marketing spend.
3. Marketing Operation
• Collaborate with stakeholders (Sales, Category and Channel, R&D, Supply Chain, Finance…) and agency partners (Media, Social and Creative agencies) to initiate and execute campaigns and operations to achieve business goals.
• Coach and collaborate with Assistant brand manager in projects to deliver the overall brand performance.
• Collect and analyse market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and make recommendation to senior management.
• Monitor brand performance, campaign effectiveness, and ROI using data and analytics.
• Prepare regular performance reports, analyse data to produce insights and actions.
4. Other Responsibilities
• Participate in cross-functional projects as required
• Support internal audit processes
• Undertake additional tasks assigned by the Line Manager
