Frieslandcampina Professional (FCP), is a food service business offering professional cream, butter and dessert solutions to operators all around the world. With 18,000 member farmers and offices in Europe, APAC and China, FCP aims to drive farmer profit in the B2B channel by providing value-adding solutions and becoming the go-to-partner dairy partner for operators.
We're currently looking for an Account Manager - Semi Industry Channel who will be responsible to enable scalable growth by improving operational efficiency and freeing up time for commercial development.

Vacancy description:
- Manage day-to-day operations for small and medium accounts
- Coordinate orders, deliveries, and customer requests
- Monitor and resolve customer claims and quality issues
- Support forecasting and reporting activities
- Collaborate with internal teams (Customer Service, Logistics, Quality)
- Support commercial activities such as customer proposals and visit preparation
The position acts as a key link between Sales, Customer Service, Supply Chain, and customers.
