The traineeship gives you exposure to different areas within Commerce, such as Shopper Marketing, Brand Management, Business Development, Category Management and B2B Sales. As a Global Trainee in Commerce, you will work with colleagues across functions and markets, gaining a broad understanding of how commercial strategies are developed and brought to life.
What we ask

Strong academic background from a relevant university
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a Business or Commercial related field
Affinity with both marketing and sales
Fluent in English

The Global Traineeship Commerce gives you the opportunity to explore both worlds through rotations in areas such as marketing, sales, category management and business development. In three years, you will build a broad commercial foundation for a future career at FrieslandCampina.
During the traineeship, you will work in a dynamic, international environment and contribute to meaningful commercial projects. Examples include developing customer growth plans, supporting brand activations, improving category performance, analysing market and shopper insights, and strengthening relationships with customers and distributors.
