- Develop and execute tailored sales strategies for key accounts to achieve revenue targets.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize account profitability.
- Analyze sales data and provide actionable insights to the internal team.
- Collaboration:
- Coordinate with internal departments such as marketing, supply chain, and finance to ensure smooth account management.
- Communicate clients’ requirements effectively to ensure timely delivery and high-quality service.
- Market Analysis:
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors.
- Provide recommendations to enhance product offerings and address client needs.
- Reporting and Documentation:
- Prepare regular reports on account performance, sales trends, and forecasts.
- Monitor key metrics such as sales volume, market share, and profitability.
