Job Description: 

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with Operations teams to drive profitability and cost efficiency across manufacturing sites.
  • Lead financial forecasting and budgeting for conversion costs, including cost center and expense analysis.
  • Monitor and analyze manufacturing costs, providing insights on cost trends, risks, opportunities, and efficiency improvements.
  • Review and track material losses, waste, and production efficiency, while supporting loss-reduction initiatives.
  • Perform variance analysis and provide recommendations to improve operational and financial performance.
  • Support annual inventory and fixed asset stock counts, ensuring accurate financial reporting.
  • Drive cost optimization and continuous improvement initiatives across the supply chain.
  • Track and validate supply chain savings, ensuring benefits are realized and reflected in the P&L.
  • Develop financial business cases and investment proposals for manufacturing and supply chain projects.
  • Collaborate with Operations and Commercial teams to evaluate cost-saving opportunities and business investments.
  • Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting requirements, including HFM reporting.
  • Work closely with FSSC and key stakeholders to ensure timely, accurate reporting and continuous process improvements.

  • Acting as the finance business partner for Manufacturing and Supply Chain teams.
  • Turning operational data into actionable financial insights.
  • Influencing business decisions through forecasting, performance analysis, and strategic recommendations.
  • Driving initiatives that improve productivity, reduce costs, and enhance overall manufacturing performance.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline.
  • 5-8 years of relevant experience in Supply Chain Finance, Manufacturing Finance, Cost Accounting, or FP&A.
  • Strong expertise in budgeting, forecasting, costing, variance analysis, and financial performance management.
  • Proven ability to partner with Operations, Manufacturing, Procurement, and Supply Chain stakeholders to drive business performance and cost optimization.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and business partnering skills, with experience presenting insights and recommendations to management.

You will be part of the Supply Chain Finance team, a critical business partnering function that sits at the intersection of Finance and Operations. The team works closely with Manufacturing, Planning, Procurement, Logistics, Engineering, Quality, and Commercial teams to ensure sound financial decision-making across the end-to-end supply chain.Based at our manufacturing site, you will support local operations while collaborating with regional stakeholders and shared service teams. The team plays a key role in driving cost competitiveness, operational efficiency, inventory optimization, and sustainable business growth. This is a highly visible role that offers broad exposure to both financial and operational leadership.
