As a CAPEX Project Intern, you will support live manufacturing projects involving processing, filling and packing equipment, facility upgrades, utilities, and automation. Gain hands-on experience in project planning, site execution, contractor coordination, and commissioning within a fast-paced dairy manufacturing environment.
Scope of Responsibilities:
- Support the planning, execution, and tracking of CAPEX projects to ensure timely delivery within scope and budget.
- Assist in monitoring project schedules, budgets, risks, and key action items.
- Prepare project documentation, reports, meeting minutes, and presentations.
- Participate in site inspections, contractor coordination, equipment installation, testing, commissioning, and project handover activities.
- Review engineering drawings, layouts, and technical specifications to support project implementation.
- Collaborate with Production, Maintenance, Quality, Safety, Procurement, and external vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor project progress and highlight potential risks, delays, and improvement opportunities.
- Support data collection, analysis, and reporting for project performance and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and engineering standards throughout project activities.
- Provide general project coordination and administrative support as required.

As a CAPEX Project Intern, you will gain hands-on exposure to the full project lifecycle, from project initiation and planning through execution, commissioning and completion. You will support the team in activities such as project coordination, documentation, cost and schedule tracking, technical discussions, supplier coordination and follow-up of project actions.
