We are seeking a dedicated, detail-oriented and proactive Demand Planner to join our Demand Planning team, located in Maroussi, Athens.

In this role, you will play a key part in supporting overall supply chain operations. Working closely with internal teams (Commercial, Supply Planning, Customer Service, Exports, Warehouse) and external stakeholders (carriers, co-packers), you will be responsible to ensure on-time & in-full product availability and seamless logistics operations.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration or a related field (other degrees may be considered if supported by relevant professional experience)
• 2–4 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or a similar role
• Fluent in English (both written and spoken); additional languages are a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Familiarity with SAP is considered a strong asset

Reporting to the Demand Planning Manager, key accountabilities include:

• Monitor sales performance versus forecast and track related KPIs (forecast accuracy and forecast bias)
• Monitor inventory levels and product expiry dates; communicate proactively on potential issues, such as shortages or overstock
• Assign transport orders to partner carriers and ensure compliance with loading/unloading schedules
• Monitor delivery times and transport costs; pro-actively flag risks and propose mitigation actions
• Ensure continuous communication on product availability and lead times with the Commercial team, warehouse, and other internal stakeholders
• Organize and oversee co-packing activities
• Manage the exports logistics process (product availability, carrier assignment, documentation)
• Follow-up effectively on all pending issues under assigned responsibilities
• Promote and uphold safety standards across all logistics activities to ensure a safe working environment for all employees and stakeholders
