Area Sales Manager Modern Trade

In this role, you will actively support the implementation of comprehensive sales strategies tailored for assigned Modern Trade accounts, focusing on enhancing sales performance and market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support and assist in executing sales strategies to meet and exceed targets within assigned Modern Trade accounts.
• Monitor daily sales activities and track distribution levels to maximise product availability and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure consistent stock availability by coordinating inventory management efforts across Sales, Trade Marketing, and Supply Chain departments.
• Oversee the effective execution of promotions and in-store marketing activities, ensuring alignment with company guidelines and objectives.
• Lead and motivate field teams to deliver excellent execution standards in-store, fostering a culture of high performance and accountability.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners including distributors and customers to drive operational excellence and solution-oriented approaches.
