Are you passionate about turning insights into growth strategies? We are hiring a Supply Chain FInance Manager supporting Supply Chain team in providing financial perspectives on operational matters relating to materials, costing and new product developments

• Manage key cost drivers across P&L, including material pricing, cost variances, and inventory revaluation, with clear analysis of drivers and deviations
• Participate in financial planning processes, including month-end closing, forecasting and annual planning for supply chain related cost
• Support monthly reporting and performance reviews, delivering meaningful variance analysis and actionable insights to management
• Handle transfer pricing and intercompany transactions related to operations
• Partner with Supply Chain teams to validate, track and report on cost-saving initiatives and key operational KPIs
• Provide costing inputs for business cases, including new product developments
• Ensure compliance with audit and internal control requirements within Supply Chain finance
• Support ad-hoc tasks in line with business requirement

  The employee must meet the following minimum job requirements to successfully perform the job:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field. CPA or CMA is a plus
• 3-5 years in finance, preferably in FMCG or a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with financial reporting systems and analytical tools (e.g. SAP, HFM, Power BI or other ERPs)
• Exposure to supply chain, operations or costing is preferred
• Strong analytical mindset to drive business insights
• Effective stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration
• Proactive and self-driven, able to deliver independently
• Clear and structured communication across different levels
• Positive attitude with strong willingness to learn
• Proficient in English and MS Office
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
