As Team Lead Management Assistants, you’ll support senior leadership, lead a team of six Management Assistants, and ensure meetings, events and day-to-day operations run seamlessly. You bring structure, connect people and continuously raise the quality of our support.
What we ask:
- Bachelor's degree level and working experience with at least 5 years of relevant experience as a Management Assistant, Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or in a similar role.
- Proven experience supporting senior management and/or executive leadership.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
- Experience in organizing meetings, events, business travel, and digital meetings.
- Excellent command of both Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and experience with digital communication and conferencing tools.
- High level of integrity and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Proactive, independent, accurate, and service-oriented approach.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at different levels of the organization.
- Experience in people management, coaching, or team leadership is a strong plus

Employment benefits:
• Salary between €3400 and €4500 gross per month (full-time), depending on experience and fit for the role;
• A workweek of 32 to 38 hours, a 5% year-end allowance, 10% bonus, 8% holiday allowance and a pension scheme;
• Hybrid working with flexible working hours, a train card or €0.23 per km (max. 30 km one way);
• 200 hours of annual leave, with the option to buy or sell up to 40 hours;
• A laptop, phone and home office equipment to support flexible working.
Vacancy Description:
- Provide high-level administrative and organizational support to the President of the Business Group and HR Director.
- Manage calendars, meetings, correspondence, travel, documentation and follow-up actions.
- Coordinate Management Team meetings, town halls, events and internal/external conferences.
- Ensure effective preparation, communication, documentation and execution of meetings and events, including digital sessions.
- Lead workforce planning and ensure an effective and balanced allocation of Management Assistant resources.
- Manage and develop a team of six Management Assistants, including recruitment, talent development, performance management and career development.
- Foster an engaged, collaborative and high-performing team.
- Act as a key contact for stakeholders and continuously improve the efficiency and quality of Management Assistant services.
