We are looking for a commercially skilled Physical Availability Manager (Trade Marketeer) Campina Netherlands within our Campina Benelux brand team. As Physical Availability Manager Campina you will set up and manage execution of our commercial strategy, support the development of data-driven Brand Plans and execute to grow brand penetration and profitable volume. You align and integrate Brand Plans with Customer and Channel Plans and roll out physical availability plans and execution. In addition, you are an important sparring partner to the Brand Director.

  • Academic/Master-level education
  • 10+ years of experience in sales, trade marketing and/or category development
  • Knowledge of all channels in NL
  • Enjoys working on the optimal mix of product, pack, price and promotion.
  • Data-driven and result-oriented, with strong analytical skills and conceptual thinking ability. Bring those insights into action
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, combined with strong influencing and stakeholder management skills. Being able to work with a very diverse mix of people with different levels of experience and objectives
  • Growth mindset, with enthusiasm for acquiring new skills and knowledge
  • Fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.

  • Salary between €7,700 and €10,450 gross per month (full-time), depending on experience and fit for the role.
  • A work week of 32 to 40 hours, 15% company bonus, 8% holiday allowance and a pension scheme.

  • 200 hours of annual leave, with the option to buy or sell up to 40 hours.

Vacancy Description

Lead Commercial Plan per Channel (strategy) for Campina:

Define category & channel vision.

  • Develop a clear, data-driven vision for each category across channels and key customers, leveraging shopper marketing frameworks and aligned input from Marketing and Sales.

Drive commercial strategy & execution.

  • Build, own, and continuously refine the annual commercial category and customer plans per channel. Ensure alignment with agreed category/channel vision and close collaboration with Sales and Marketing, including regular performance updates and adjustments.

Generate actionable insights.

  • Lead the collection, interpretation, and translation of internal and external data (market trends, shopper behavior, competition) into actionable insights that inform strategic decisions and drive growth.

Brand plan (per channel and customer)

  • Design and develop concepts and activities (such as strategies on distribution, pricing, promotion, shelf positioning, shelf share), in line with the approved category/channel plan and in cooperation with the Marketing and Sales departments.
  • Within the Campina Benelux team, cooperate and collaborate with the Belgium team to co-build strong Campina brand plans cross border.

Organization and coordination

  • Plan, coordinate and implement the activities defined in the category/channel plan, e.g. by visiting stores and coordinate activities with Marketing and Sales departments.
  • Project Management: Define, plan, manage and coordinate assigned internal and external projects, within the project management guidelines.

This role is part of the Campina Benelux marketing team, sitting in Business Group Consumer Dairy Europe. The Physical Availability Manager reports to the Campina Brand Director, jointly with marketing experts in innovation and physical and mental availability.
