En-tête de la description de l’offre d’emploi:  FrieslandCampina is looking for an experienced Project Manager to join the Commercialisation Team within Customer Supply Chain. You will lead Design to Value (DtV) projects in the White Dairy category, driving customer value and cost optimization. Working across R&D, QA, Finance, Marketing, Sales, and Supply Chain, you will manage projects from initiation to implementation. You will support the commercialisation of a diverse white dairy portfolio across Europe.

  • 6–10+ years FMCG experience with a proven track record in delivering complex projects;
  • Master's degree required.Strong end-to-end expertise in new product and packaging development, from concept to commercialization.
  • Solid understanding of customer supply chains and ability to connect them within an end-to-end business network.
  • Proven capability to translate strategy into execution, with strong stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership skills.
  • Pragmatic, results-driven leader with strong communication, financial acumen, and a proactive, ownership-focused mindset.

Employment benefits: 

  • Salary between €5,250 and €7,150 gross per month (full-time), depending on experience and fit for the role. 
  • A work week of 32 to 38 hours, a 5% year-end allowance, 12,5% bonus (company performance-based), 8% holiday allowance and a pension scheme. 
  • Hybrid working, a train card and/or €0.23 per km (max. 30 km one way). 
  • 200 hours of annual leave, with the option to buy or sell up to 40 hours. 
  • A laptop, phone and home office equipment to support flexible working.

Vacancy Description

As Project Manager White Dairy, you will lead large-scale Design to Value (DtV) and renovation projects, ensuring delivery against agreed objectives, requirements, timelines, and budgets. Through structured project management and proactive risk management, you will drive projects from concept to implementation. Where required, you will manage CAPEX-related activities, including the development of robust business cases in collaboration with subject matter experts.You will be accountable for the delivery of the end-to-end business case and full project lifecycle, including: Project Initiation & Scoping, Project Design & Planning, Project Execution & Implementation, Stakeholder Management, Project Team Leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver projects on time, in full (OTIF) and within agreed budget and scope.

• Lead cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives and business value.

• Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies.

• Ensure accurate and timely project status reporting and escalations.

• Manage an agreed portfolio of DtV and renovation projects.

• Prepare and coordinate CAPEX requests and supporting business cases where applicable.

• Drive stakeholder alignment and decision-making throughout the project lifecycle.
