Working closely with Procurement and Sustainability teams, you will contribute directly to a more sustainable value chain.
What We Ask
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in procurement, sustainability, ESG, supply chain, or consulting
- Strong understanding of ESG frameworks and requirements, including CSRD, Scope 3 emissions, responsible sourcing, and certification schemes
- Strong analytical and data management skills, with advanced knowledge of Excel and Power BI
- Experience working with large datasets, reporting tools, and data models
- A structured and detail-oriented approach with a strong focus on data quality and accuracy
- Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills
- Proactive, hands-on mentality with a continuous improvement mindset
- Strong communication skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal

Employment benefits:
- Salary between €3,900 and €5,500 gross per month (full-time), depending on experience and fit for the role.
- A work week of 38 hours, a 5% year-end allowance, 10% bonus, 8% holiday allowance and a pension scheme.

Vacancy Description
As ESG Data & Responsible Sourcing Specialist, you will support and drive the responsible sourcing agenda within Procurement while ensuring robust ESG data management, reporting, and compliance processes. You will be responsible for collecting, maintaining, validating, and analyzing supplier and sustainability data that enables informed decision-making and supports external reporting requirements.
Your responsibilities include:
- Responsible Sourcing Data & Execution
- Compile, maintain and improve traceability datasets across key commodities
- Manage certification data, including RSPO, RTRS and other sustainability certifications
- Maintain the supplier grievance case tracker and support monitoring activities
- Support Procurement category teams in supplier data collection and engagement
- Prepare inputs for KPI measurement, monitoring and reporting
ESG Data Management & Analytics
- Maintain and validate supplier emission data and ensure accurate uploads into reporting systems and databases
- Support the development and enhancement of dashboards covering end-to-end emissions and marginal abatement curves
- Contribute to EcoVadis data integration and supplier ESG risk profiling
- Identify opportunities for improved data quality, automation and reporting efficiency
ESG Reporting & Compliance
- Prepare monthly CSRD reporting inputs
- Support the development of quarterly Procurement ESG dashboards
- Coordinate customer sustainability data requests and responses
- Provide data and content inputs for the Annual Report
- Ensure timely, accurate and transparent ESG data consolidation
- Support internal and external audits through strong documentation and audit-ready reporting
Tools & Process Improvement
- Support the implementation and optimization of supplier collaboration tools
- Explore opportunities for report automation and process improvement
- Contribute to internal ESG communication initiatives, including newsletters, Viva Engage and other awareness channels
You will be part of the procurement ESG team that consist of 6 people in total, partly working on responsible sourcing & data, and partly working on decarbonization of our value chain. In this role you will work on the first and report into the ESG procurement director. You will be working closely with category procurement and corporate sustainability teams to improve the traceability of our commodities to work towards zero deforestation and human rights violations in our value chain.
