What we ask

• Associate’s degree in Engineering, Automation, Computer Science, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in industrial automation or OT roles, preferably in food or dairy processing
• Strong experience with PLC programming, SCADA/HMI systems, and industrial communication protocols
• Background in continuous production environments and process control systems
• Experience with instrumentation, CIP systems, and process automation technologies

Vacancy Description
In this role, you lead the full lifecycle of Operational Technology projects across our production locations. You manage complex migrations, upgrades, MES integrations, and site wide OT improvements using RFC’s V Model and OT governance standards.You coordinate engineering, testing, commissioning, and hyper care activities with OT, IT, Operations, Quality, and external system integrators. You own planning, budget, risk, and vendor performance, ensuring projects are delivered safely, reliably, and in full.Your work directly improves factory uptime, automation performance, cybersecurity, and digital readiness — enabling our sites to produce safely, efficiently, and sustainably for millions of consumers every day.
