Vacancy description
As a Marketing & Communication Professional, you play a key role in attracting new dairy farmers by executing marketing strategies that resonate with our target audience. By designing and implementing lead generation activities, you ensure that our message reaches potential partners in ways that build trust, credibility, and long-term commitment.
You operate with a high level of independence and ownership, contributing to a future-proof and more professionalized recruitment approach. Campaigns are increasingly data-driven, media performance is monitored closely, and marketing performance tracking is embedded throughout the funnel.
Your responsibilities include:
- Lead activation to reach and engage dairy farmers through targeted campaigns
- Organizing and coordinating lead generation fairs and events across multiple countries
- Maintaining and optimizing the customer journey, ensuring a seamless experience at every touchpoint
- Managing marketing and communication materials to keep messaging relevant, consistent, and aligned with farmer needs
- Briefing and collaborating with communication colleagues and external agencies to develop and execute the full Marketing Communications plan
- Developing new tools and materials to continuously improve outreach and conversion
- Supporting the annual lead generation plan through structured campaign execution and follow-up
You will be part the Milk Recruitment team, and work closely with our communication colleagues and other stakeholders within Coöperative Affairs (CA). The role requires strong stakeholder management across departments with different priorities, especially when organizing fairs, partnerships, and commercially attractive collaborations.
You will collaborate with multiple departments within FrieslandCampina and maintain close alignment with the cooperative and member network.
The environment is dynamic and evolving. Historically, the organization was not actively recruiting milk at this scale. This requires a renewed market positioning, a more proactive and data-driven approach, and the development of new tools and ways of working.
Based in Amersfoort, this role offers flexibility to work partly from home.
