As Logistics Controller Global Supply Chain PSD, you act as the financial backbone of our logistics operations. You are the Stock Holding Principal and a trusted business partner to Customer Supply Chain and Go‑to‑Market Finance teams across BG Professional & Trading and BG Middle East, Pakistan & Africa. In this role, you drive cost governance, lead the annual Distribution Tariff process, and provide insights that enable smarter, more sustainable supply chain decisions.

- A solid background in controlling, finance or supply chain finance, preferably in an international or FMCG environment
- Proven experience with logistics cost management, distribution tariffs and overhead control
- Strong business partnering skills and the ability to work cross‑functionally with CSC, Finance, Demand Planning and Procurement
- Experience with digital tools and analytics (e.g. Adaptive, Power BI)
- A structured, proactive mindset with a strong focus on governance, accuracy and continuous improvement
- Comfortable operating in a complex, global stakeholder landscape

Employment benefits:
- Salary between €5,280 and €7,500 gross per month (full-time), depending on experience and fit for the role.
- A work week of 38 hours, a 5% year-end allowance, 12,5% bonus, 8% holiday allowance and a pension scheme.
- Hybrid working with flexible working hours, a train card and/or €0.23 per km (max. 30 km one way).

Vacancy Description
In this role, you are responsible for driving financial transparency, cost control and governance within Plan and Logistics.
Key responsibilities include:
- Acting as Logistics Controller and Stock Holding Principal, partnering with Customer Supply Chain and Go‑to‑Market Finance teams
- Driving cost governance on BG Professional & Trading logistics costs, including own RFC warehouses, 3rd‑party warehouses, RTI and intercompany transport
- Leading the annual Distribution Tariff process, ensuring on‑time, in‑full and accurate delivery
- Setting up and maintaining correct cost prices used to charge distribution costs to Go‑to‑Market teams and end customers
- Providing financial insights to support capacity optimization and cost‑saving initiatives
- Leading overhead cost management for the Plan and Logistics team, ensuring adherence to budget
- Supporting and driving digitalization initiatives that automate data usage and analytics (e.g. Adaptive, Power BI)
- Acting as a champion for Internal Control Framework (ICF) compliance, ensuring strong governance, execution and continuous improvement
