As Key Account Manager - Bakery & Confectionery you will be driving growth with leading industrial bakery and confectionery manufacturers, mainly in France. You will be managing FrieslandCampina's B2B portfolio of specialty and standard milkfat products from our Lochem, Noordwijk and Langemark factories.
What we ask
- Academic or Master’s degree
- 7 years of experience in commercial roles
- Fluent in English, French and Dutch are nice-to-haves
- Data driven mindset, analytical, CRM (SalesForce preferred)
- In-depth knowledge of International B2B Food industry
- In-depth knowledge of Sales and Value Based Selling
- In-depth knowledge of Valorization and Trading capabilities
- Willing to travel (up to 30%)

Employment benefits:
• Salary between €5,250 and €7,150 gross per month (full-time), depending on experience and fit for the role.
• A work week of 32 to 38 hours, a 5% year-end allowance, 12,5% company bonus, 8% holiday allowance and a pension scheme.

In this role, accountability lies in achieving the sales volume and profit targets in Bakery and Confectionary by growing existing customers and unlocking new business. Deep insights into market trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape are essential, translating these into actionable strategies and plans. The role serves as the commercial representative in the sales & operations planning process and drives decisions together with the full Industry & Trading team on allocation, pricing, and inventory management. The position manages a high‑quality portfolio of specialty and standard products from the Lochem, Noordwijk, and Langemark factories, while overseeing the internal butter and cream balance and optimizing the valorization of the milkfat business in close collaboration with the broader Industry & Trading team. End‑to‑end decisions and solutions are expected, based on market insights and customer needs. Volatility reduction is supported by engaging customers on various long‑term contract models.
You will join FrieslandCampina Professional. This business group serves B2B customers such as industrial food producers, bakeries and confectionary players and is a global leader in dairy and plant-based ingredients and solutions. In your role, you collaborate closely with the Global Professional sales community, Trading teams, Supply Chain, Pricing, Demand Planning and other central functions.
