Job Description Header: 

Are you a proactive student in HR, Communications, or a related field who enjoys bringing structure, clarity, and engagement to learning environments? Do you want to gain hands-on experience in an international organization and actively contribute to building a global learning platform? 

We are looking for an intern (6+ months, minimum 38 hours/week)mainly to support the further development and roll-out of our Procurement Campusour central hub for learning and development within Procurement. 

Job Description: 

What you will do

 

A. Training Setup & Administration 

  • Set up trainings in HoRizon (via Finder and PSS)
  • Align requirements with training owners
  • Ensure trainings are properly published and accessible 

B. Communication & Engagement 

  • Prepare and distribute communication on upcoming trainings
  • Use existing channels (newsletter, Teams, SharePoint)
  • Improve visibility and engagement of learning opportunities
  • Support the Procurement Pulse Newsletter (including transition to Outlook Newsletters) 

C. SharePoint Management 

  • Update and structure the Procurement Campus SharePoint
  • Ensure content is up-to-date, user-friendly, and well-organized 

D. Content Expansion 

  • Identify and onboard new training content
  • Engage with stakeholders across Procurement (e.g., functional leads)
  • Contribute to integrating capability programs into the Campus 

E. Program Support 

  • Support the rollout of the new Influencing Program (after pilot phase)
  • Contribute to upcoming initiatives (e.g., capability assessments) 

What we Ask

  • HBO or University student in HR, Communications, or a related field
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail 
  • Proactive and structured way of working, process improvement
  • Good communication skills (written & verbal)
  • Comfortable working with digital tools (e.g., SharePoint, Teams, Outlook)
  • Available for minimum 38 hours per week, for at least 6 months, starting aug/sept 2026
