In this role as Global Talent & Leadership Intern, you will join the CoE Talent & Leadership who is responsible for design, development and deployment of high quality initiatives that help to standardize our ways of working across regions and upskill our talent and leadership capabilities. Joining as an intern, you will be part of a passionate team that values creativity, collaboration, and making a global impact.

What we ask:

  • A final-year student in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration or a related field
  • Eager to learn, curious and open to working in a multicultural environment
  • Organized and detail-oriented, with a passion for people and development
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal) in English
  • Proficient in using Excel, Powerpoint and other digital tools and open to learning new systems
  • Available minimum 4 days a week from September 1st

Vacancy description

  • Owning global content and knowledge management to ensure relevant channels and information is up to date
  • Co-create materials and communications for all phases part of our talent and performance cycle and leadership initiatives
  • Contribute to the development of toolkits and resources for HR teams worldwide
  • Manage our planner board to drive impactful project management
  • Analyze feedback and data to support continuous improvement of initiatives
  • Collaborating with HR colleagues and stakeholders across regions and seniority levels, gaining exposure to global decision-making processes.
  • Participate in the design and rollout of talent and leadership initiatives
  • Support with the run of the overall Talent and Performance Management cycle


What you will learn:

During this internship, you will gain hands-on experience in a global Center of Excellence and develop a broad understanding of how talent and leadership initiatives are shaped and delivered in a multinational organization including:

  • Experience working on global talent and leadership frameworks used across regions
  • Practical exposure to end-to-end talent and performance cycles in a multinational environment
  • Strengthened skills in stakeholder communication, data analysis and project management
