• Salary between €6，500 and €8，900 per month， depending on knowledge and experience (full-time); 
• Full-time workweek of 40 hours， 15% bonus， and a pension; 
• Flexible working hours， hybrid working， plus either a train pass or a travel allowance of €0.23 per km (up to 30 km one way).
• 200 hours of annual leave， the option to buy or sell 40 extra hours， and 8% holiday allowance; 
• Free milk & cheese during lunch and delicious barista coffee at our headquarters.

• This role turns AI ambition into production reality. The focus is on designing， building， and operating enterprise‑grade AI and MLOps pipelines that are reliable， secure， and used daily in core business decisions. Experimentation is the starting point， not the end state.
• The role leads the global AI Engineering and MLOps capability， combining hands‑on engineering with clear technical ownership. Day to day work includes setting architectures and engineering standards， resolving complex production issues， reviewing critical code and pipelines， and coaching a small senior team that sets the technical bar for AI delivery.
