Tiêu đề mô tả công việc: Within the S&OP Team, we are looking for a Global Statistical Demand Specialist to drive statistical demand planning. Our aim is to move from a short term static sequential planning to a synchronized, data driven planning with E2E visibility across our Supply Chain. Mô tả công việc: What we ask:•Bachelor or Master degree•Affinity with data, analytics and statistics and willingness to develop this (education in area of Data Science/Analytics or Econometrics is a plus)•Understanding of basics (customer) supply chain and demand planning processes•Business savvy, able to understand dynamics various markets we operate in•Stakeholder management skills•Excellent communication & presentation skills (English must, Dutch optional)•Pro-active and flexible•Drive to implement continuous improvementsThe Global Statistical Demand Specialist focuses on the following areas:1.Drive business adoption of statistical forecasting globallyoYour goal is to promote the adoption of data-driven forecasts through statistics. You create a solid statistical baseline forecast for various parts of our business. You work closely with local Demand Planners.oImplementing this new way of working involves more than just deploying a new planning tool. Change management is essential. You play a key role in achieving the acceptance of data-driven forecasting. In this context, you manage resistance and coach colleagues supported by data and analysis.2.Establish and maintain collaboration with local demand planning teamsoYou regularly communicate with local demand planners to exchange sales information and to evaluate and translate the results of the previous planning period into actionable steps.oTogether with the local demand planner, you are responsible for maintaining part of the master data.oYou are part of the new Global Forecasting Team within FrieslandCampina and contribute to standardizing working methods and procedures across the different teams.3.Continuous improvementoIn this role, you are responsible for the ongoing improvement of the accuracy, bias, and added value of our sales forecasts. You are able to understand and challenge the quality of the enhancements made by the commercial teams.oYou can identify which models need improvement based on the available data. Data science support is available to improve and enrich the models with AI/ML (demand sensing).
