The FrieslandCampina Finance Graduate Program is designed for ambitious graduates who want to build deep Finance expertise while gaining hands-on experience across different areas of our business.
Over the course of the program, you will complete two predefined rotations within Commercial Finance and Supply Chain Finance, giving you a strong foundation in financial business partnering, performance management, and operational finance.

Alongside your rotations, you will follow a structured development journey focused on building your Finance capabilities, business understanding, and personal development. The program is designed to prepare you for your next step within Finance at FrieslandCampina and help you build a strong network across the organization.

What we ask

• Completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Economics, or a related field
• Fresh graduate or up to two years of relevant work experience
• Strong analytical skills and affinity with numbers and data
• Proactive mindset and eagerness to learn
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Fluent in English
• Available to start September 2026

Employment benefits: 

• Salary between €3,250 and €4,400 gross per month (full-time). 
• A work week of 38 hours, a 5% year-end allowance, 10% company bonus, 8% holiday allowance and a pension scheme. 
• 200 hours of annual leave, with the option to buy or sell up to 40 hours.

Example Rotations

Commercial Controller

As a Commercial Controller, you combine financial expertise with business partnering. You are responsible for understanding financial performance, analysing results, monitoring KPIs, and translating data into actionable insights.
You work closely with Sales and Marketing teams, supporting commercial decision-making and challenging stakeholders to drive profitable growth. The combination of financial analysis and business interaction makes this a dynamic and impactful role.

Plant Controller
As a Plant Controller, you support the financial performance of one of FrieslandCampina's production locations. You work closely with Operations, Supply Chain, and Plant Management to understand manufacturing costs, productivity, and operational performance. You analyse production results, monitor cost developments, identify improvement opportunities, and help drive efficiency initiatives. In this role, you act as a financial business partner for the plant and contribute to informed decision-making that improves operational and financial performance.
