• Experience: Minimum of 5 (WO) – 7 (HBO)  years in digital HR roles， with a focus on rewards， HR systems management， agile working， (senior) stakeholder management， and supporting change programs.

Vacancy description

As a Digital Expert Talent & Rewards， you will:

• Lead the digitalization and optimization of rewards processes and systems， ensuring alignment with business strategy and compliance across 30+ countries.
• Manage and enhance HR systems (SuccessFactors， ServiceNow)， with a strong focus on rewards modules and data integrity.
• Collaborate with HR， IT， and business stakeholders (CoE’s and Capability pools) to gather requirements， design solutions， and implement digital initiatives.
• Drive innovative topics such as employee benefit platform and other digital rewards strategies.
• Be a key digital expert in our agile project team， ensuring timely delivery and continuous improvement.
• Provide expert guidance on digital HR trends， best practices， and change management.

You will be part of FrieslandCampina’s global digital HR team， working in an agile， cross-functional environment with HR professionals， IT specialists， and business partners.
