At FrieslandCampina Consumer Dairy Netherlands, we are looking for a Commercial Controlling Analyst to support our home market. In this role, you act as a finance business partner for multiple sales and brand teams. You provide strategic insights, deliver sharp financial analysis, and help drive decision making and execution across our commercial organization.
You will work closely with the brand and sales teams, who rely on you as their financial compass. You challenge assumptions, guide decisions with data, and are an active advisor to the CD NL Management Team. You play a key role in the monthly business reviews and are responsible for managing and improving our management reporting as part of the month‑end close, ensuring strong business insights and effective performance steering.
What we ask

- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in controlling
- Strong commercial mindset with the ability to act quickly and decisively

- Strong analytical and financial skills; proficient in Excel, PowerBI, and SAP
- Knowledge of and experience with the Dutch retail landscape

- Salary between €4,500 and €6,300 per month, depending on knowledge and experience (full-time);
- Full-time workweek of 38 hours, 5% year-end bonus, 10% bonus, and a pension;

- 200 hours of annual leave, the option to buy or sell 40 extra hours, and 8% holiday allowance;
