Within the Global Supply Chain organization of FrieslandCampina we are looking for an energetic and team-driven Commercialization Excellence Lead.

With our Global Logistics & Planning Excellence Team， you will help our End-2-End Supply Chain attain a higher maturity level in commercialization and portfolio management. You will be setting and driving ambitious process standards， you will be boosting capability and improve operational lives， and you will own and drive the realization of significant improvements in time-to-market， first-time-right introductions， product portfolio profitability， portfolio complexity reduction and high performance supply chain menu cards.

What we ask

• At least 7-12 years of relevant experience in Commercialization， with additional experience in other supply chain functions preferred
• >2  years of line management experience in an operational Supply Chain role is preferred
• “Operational excellence” experience with proven knowledge and experience in working with one or more methodologies such as “Lean” or “Six Sigma”
• A successful track record of independently delivering results in terms of business or implemented programs， including managing tooling development and implementation
• Relevant and demonstrated experience and success in change management and stakeholder management， preferably gained in an international business environment
• Knowledge of tools and systems linked to product introductions， such as SAP PLM ， SAP-IPD and/or Principal toolbox
• Knowledge of latest trends and developments in commercialization and product portfolio management
• Knowledge of target setting and follow-up processes; Performance Control Management
• Influencing skills without hierarchical power; proven track record of working in complex global organizations and as such able to create and maintain relationships and achieve success via collaboration rather than hierarchy.
• Languages: English and preferably one other language.

As a Commercialization Excellence Lead， you will be responsible for driving the Commercialization maturity in our organization.

It is all about designing and further enhancing the right tooling， driving the capabilities of the commercialization teams across the globe to use them， supporting the performance improvements with the right actionable insights and by the creation and implementation of the right standards. 

Our SAP environment is going through a big change， with the Optimus program on implementation of the S4/HANA tooling， the PLM tooling and other surrounding systems. There is a need for further enhancing the tooling specifically on product portfolio management and product introduction-workflows， to enable a step-change in effectiveness of portfolio management and the time-to-market of new product introductions.

In this role， you own and drive the future-proof design and relevant additional feature development of the tooling， with responsibility to bring that step-change impact alive， make it visible and sustain it.

An important part of your job will be in leading the SAP-IPD development， from design， to realization， to implementation.

You will join the Global Logistics & Planning Excellence team and will report into the Logistics & Planning Excellence Director.

A highly skilled and experienced team with program and project managers along the grass-to-glass supply chain， across FrieslandCampina worldwide. In working on high performance menu cards， you will find there is a strong link with the customer service segmentation， driven by the logistics， planning and customer care excellence colleagues.

Next to that， you will work intensively with the Commercialization teams in the BGs， where you lead the work on the tooling & capability development.
