What we ask

  • Bachelor degree with 5+ years or master degree with 3+ years of relevant working experience
  • Strong experience with data analysis, reporting, and business insights generation
  • A solid understanding of S&OP, Planning and Logistics processes and supporting systems, combined with the ability to grasp the broader end-to-end picture
  • Proven ability in stakeholder management across multiple teams and functions
  • A proactive mindset and the confidence to challenge constructively and drive change
  • The ability to work independently and navigate ambiguity
  • Experience with data tools, reporting solutions, and/or analytics platforms (e.g, Power BI, Tableau, Excel or similar)

Employment benefits:

  • Salary between €3,900 and €5,250 gross per month (full-time), depending on experience and fit for the role.
  • A work week of 32 to 38 hours, a 5% year-end allowance, 10% company bonus, 8% holiday allowance and a pension scheme.
  • Hybrid working with flexible working hours, a train card and/or €0.23 per km (max. 30 km one way).
  • 200 hours of annual leave, with the option to buy or sell up to 40 hours.
  • A laptop, phone and home office equipment to support flexible working.

Vacancy description

In this role you take ownership of and act as the go-to expert for Business Analytics within P&D, with the opportunity to shape how data and insights are used across the organisation. You act as a key driver in connecting teams, systems and data. You will bridge business and IT, work across the end-to-end value chain, and play a pivotal role in advancing standardised and automated reporting. 

Your responsibilities include:

  • Developing and maintaining reporting & analytics solutions
  • Design, build, and maintain reports and data models supporting key P&D functions, including Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Order Fulfilment and Warehousing & Transportation
  • Delivering integrated insights for decision-makingProvide end-to-end, cross-functional insights that enable data-driven decision-making across the P&D organisation
  • Supporting analysis for scenarios and projects
  • Partner with P&D teams to deliver data analysis for business scenarios, and improvement initiatives, ensuring informed choices and measurable outcomes
  • Acting as Power BI key userTake ownership of Power BI within the domain, developing dashboards, supporting users, and driving adoption of standardised reporting
  • Owning and driving the BA roadmap
  • Define and steer the Business Analytics roadmap for P&D, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and securing necessary system and data improvements
  • Stakeholder management and prioritisationAct as the primary point of contact for the P&D MT, Planning & Logistics Excellence teams and IT, aligning on priorities and ensuring focus on high-value initiatives
  • Acting as a frontrunner in AI within P&DIdentify, explore and drive the adoption of AI and advanced analytics use cases within the P&D domain

You will report to the Manager Process Excellence, Data & Analytics, while also maintaining close collaboration with the other MT members to drive insights.
